Q: When can I join an online school? Is it only at certain times, like traditional schools?
A: It depends–every online school is different. Check with the one you want to join. Many of them do offer the flexibility of joining anytime.
Q: What are the benefits of online school over traditional schools?

- Work at your own convenience: Providing you get the work done, you can study when you want.
- Less distractions: Nobody around to make you distracted–except maybe your TV and internet (YouTube?!)
- Portability: You can work from any computer (home, library, etc.)–provided you have either online or portable storage (eg. USB drive) for your files.
Q: What are the benefits of offline school over online schools?

- Communication with other kids and peers: There’s no replacement for face-to-face interaction.
- The value of time: Every activity has its time; you’re forced to work in those time-boxes.
- Dealing with different personalities: Conflict management and social interaction rules cannot be learned purely online.
